PSSAG, a leading agricultural business, is seeking a talented and driven Product and Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Inverell.

As a Product and Technical Support Specialist at PSSAG you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and supporting both our internal IT infrastructure and provide product support to our staff and customers in the Agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquires via phone or email.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving both customer and staff issues with our agricultural control systems, as well as our IT systems.
  • Developing, deploying, and maintaining IT systems within the business.
  • Develop, update, and maintain support documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • Problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex software products.
  • Passion for the agricultural industry and a strong customer focus.
  • Experience with agricultural control systems, electrical systems and IT systems is a plus but not a necessity.
